“We had a fire in our breaker box which caused the main to break. I called Priority and they sent two technicians within the hour. They evaluated the situation and prepared a quote for work to be done. I approved the quote and the work began around 2 PM and the technician stayed until after 9 PM to complete the job. I am more than impressed with the folks at priority. Give them a call when it comes to electrical Issues. Thank you Priority!”

“We had an emergency situation with an electrical fire in our basement. Contacted this company and they called me back the very next day. They were going to be able to come out the next day but called back 20 minutes later because they had a cancellation and came out immediately. We had recently had a bad ice storm and they came despite the roads not being completely clear. Even walked in from the highway instead of coming down our driveway because it was impassable . Super satisfied with the service and time of response. We were able to schedule a time that works for both of us to fix a situation. Absolutely would recommend. The workers were courteous and on time and were extremely careful installing new outlets.”

“We bought a house in October of last year and had it inspected before we moved in. We were told everything was good to go. Well it didn't take long to find out we had some electrical issues. So we started searching for an electric company that we could trust to first find the issues and second fix them. Well we found priority electric and lighting and so glad we did. They showed up on time with not 2 but 3 guys to help us out. Well within 4 hrs they were wrapping things up. These guys were the nicest people to work with and the respect they had not only for our house but for us as well. I don't think I've ever been called Sir so many times in my life by someone. They knew exactly what to look for to fix every issue without wasting time. I'd recommend them and the company to get the job done and done right. Thanks guys..”

“I had Priority Electric replace a couple of breakers that were buzzing/arcing in my breaker box. I called on a Friday and they said they were able to come out Monday, which was great and much appreciated. Adam was able to replace the breakers without issue after running to get the parts from the warehouse (although he was going to leave the old breakers behind the panel cover before I asked him to move them). When asked about a quote/cost for the service, he was unable to provide one and said that I would receive an invoice via email. I asked for a ballpark figure and again he said he couldn't provide one. I thought this odd as I've never had any work done without a quote being provided before service performed. When I received the quote the following day, I had a duplicate charge for service that needed to be corrected as well. Overall, the work performed was good and I greatly appreciated the prompt service. Unfortunately, the overall experience and lack of transparency in pricing prevents me from giving a rating of 5 stars. Edit: I originally left a three-star review but I'm revising it to a five-star review after speaking with a manager named Juan. He reached out to me and acknowledged and apologized for the issues brought up. I appreciated the phone call and it was obvious that he cares and is committed to making things right.”
