“We had an emergency situation with an electrical fire in our basement. Contacted this company and they called me back the very next day. They were going to be able to come out the next day but called back 20 minutes later because they had a cancellation and came out immediately. We had recently had a bad ice storm and they came despite the roads not being completely clear. Even walked in from the highway instead of coming down our driveway because it was impassable . Super satisfied with the service and time of response. We were able to schedule a time that works for both of us to fix a situation. Absolutely would recommend. The workers were courteous and on time and were extremely careful installing new outlets.”
