They were going to be able to come out the next day but called back 20 minutes later because they had a cancellation and came out immediately. We had recently had a bad ice storm and they came despite the roads not being completely clear. Even walked in from the highway instead of coming down our driveway because it was impassable . "I had Priority Electric replace a couple of breakers that were buzzing/arcing in my breaker box. I called on a Friday and they said they were able to come out Monday, which was great and much appreciated. Adam was able to replace the breakers without issue after running to get the parts from the warehouse (although he was going to leave the old breakers behind the panel cover before I asked him to move them). When asked about a quote/cost for the service, he was unable to provide one and said that I would receive an invoice via email. I asked for a ballpark figure and again he said he couldn't provide one. I thought this odd as I've never had any work done without a quote being provided before service performed. When I received the quote the following day, I had a duplicate charge for service that needed to be corrected as well. Overall, the work performed was good and I greatly appreciated the prompt service. Unfortunately, the overall experience and lack of transparency in pricing prevents me from giving a rating of 5 stars. Edit: I originally left a three-star review but I'm revising it to a five-star review after speaking with a manager named Juan. He reached out to me and acknowledged and apologized for the issues brought up. I appreciated the phone call and it was obvious that he cares and is committed to making things right."
