Not every day on the job is spent pulling wire. Some days are just as important - walking sites, reviewing panels, talking through layouts with clients and builders before a single circuit gets planned. That's exactly the kind of day we're showing off here.
We were out doing walkthroughs on multiple new construction builds. From raw framing stages to panel inspections, we're involved early. That's intentional. Getting an electrician on-site before the walls close means the electrical plan actually fits the build - not the other way around. Mistakes caught at framing cost almost nothing to fix. Mistakes caught after drywall? That's a different story.
A big part of what we do on these visits is just listen. Walking through an unfinished space with a client and talking through where they want outlets, how they want the lighting to feel, what they need for the future - that conversation matters more than most people realize. Good residential new construction wiring starts with a solid plan, not just a blueprint.
We also spent time on panel checks at an active site. Making sure everything feeding into the panel is routed correctly and safely is non-negotiable. It's the kind of detail that doesn't get headlines but absolutely determines whether a build is wired right for the long haul. Safe, reliable electrical work is the baseline - everything else builds from there.
These sites are beautiful too. Mountain views, fresh framing, clean builds going up in great locations. We genuinely enjoy being part of bringing these spaces to life. Every walkthrough, every plan review, every panel check - it all adds up to a finished home that works the way it should from day one.
